The maximum exhaust pressure shall not be greater than 1.15 bar (absolute pressure). Strictly prevent any blockage in the exhaust pipe. Exhaust filters, accessories and pipes must be estimated according to maximum flow rate. The maximum flow rate is equivalent to the pumping speed of the pump.

1. Wiring warning for motor of vacuum oil filter:
The input power of the pump must be cut off before the connection of the motor or the replacement of the connection. Electrical wiring must be carried out by qualified electricians in accordance with the application safety regulations.
The motor connection is connected to the correct supply voltage through the connector in the junction box. See the wiring diagram on the motor or in the wiring box. Correct electrical connection must use appropriate motor protection switch. Set the switch according to the rated value on the motor nameplate.
2. Cautions for connection of motor of vacuum oil filter:
After the connection of the motor and whenever the connection is changed, the rotation direction of the motor should be checked. The direction of rotation of the motor should be the same as the direction arrow on the motor cover. When checking, the intake should be opened. If the motor rotates in the wrong direction, oil may be ejected from the intake port. Pressure in the vacuum system may increase.
Do not use motor fans to check the direction of rotation. Because the motor fan rotates too fast to judge the direction of rotation; when the parking slows down, the fan will keep the original direction of rotation.
Start the pump briefly, check whether the intake is sucked into the feeling, and then immediately stop the pump. When the pump steers correctly, you should feel sucked into the intake port.
If you need to change the direction of rotation, cut off the power supply, and exchange two-phase wiring.
We recommend that the rotation direction be checked with a phase sequence indicator.
Long-term operation of the motor in the opposite direction will damage the pump!
Optional accessory overheat protection switch is provided. If the power supply of the pump is cut off beyond the specified temperature, the alarm signal can be triggered at the same time. The overheat protection switch can be installed on the screw plug position (6/26) of the fuel tank (6/27). No screw plug is installed. The 6.35mm FASTON clamp is used for electrical wiring.

3. Motor switch warning of vacuum oil filter
If the safety switch or electrical failure will turn off the pump, the re-start of the pump can only be done manually.
