Treatment of Blockage in Exhaust Port of Laibao Pump of ZYD-100 Oil Filter

SOGEVAC is equipped with built-in exhaust filters, which can trap oil mist even at a large gas flow rate and ensure that there is no oil mist in the exhaust gas. If the exhaust filter is blocked, the pressure relief valve (6/28) opens and the filter is bypassed. As a result, the oil content in the exhaust gas increases, and the fuel consumption of the pump increases. This problem can be solved by installing new exhaust filters (see Section 3.4).
1. Laibao Pump Exhaust Blockage Warning:
This situation must be solved by replacing the exhaust filter. In order to prevent oil mist from being discharged into the atmosphere beyond the limits stipulated in the regulations, it is the responsibility of users to maintain the equipment.
In some cases, the necessity of installing exhaust pipes may be considered. Volatile substances can pass through filters. According to the nature of the process gas, we propose to connect an exhaust pipe, which is necessary when the exhaust gas is dangerous.
2. Laibao Pump Exhaust Blockage Warning:
Take safety measures suitable for your application and process gases.
The outlet of the pump is also connected by internal threads (6/2), which can be connected to the hose through an internal threaded joint.
The cross section of the outlet pipeline should be at least equal to that of the pump outlet. If the outlet pipe diameter is too small, there will be overpressure in the pump.
Before installing the exhaust pipe, remove the flange plate of the exhaust outlet and ensure that the exhaust filter is fastened in the normal position. They sometimes loosen during shipment and installation. Loose exhaust filters generate smoke during pump start-up and operation.
When installing the exhaust pipe, tilt it downward to prevent condensate flow from returning to the pump. If it can't be tilted, we strongly recommend installing a condenser. If several pumps are connected to the same exhaust pipe, ensure that the exhaust pipe has a suitable diameter and that check valves are installed at the outlet of each pump.
3. Oil filter Lyboa pump warning:
When the exhaust pipe is blocked or blocked, the pump shall not be started. Before starting, make sure that the blind plate or similar cut-off device on the exhaust pipeline must be opened and the exhaust pipe must not be blocked.
Because such throttling will reduce the pumping speed, increase the temperature so that motor overload or dangerous overvoltage in the pump. Excessive pressure in the pump will damage the seal, make the oil mirror glass burst, or damage the pump body. In addition to explosive hazards, excessive back pressure can cause dangerous process gases to leak out of the pump. If the tank is blown with inert gas, the flow rate of inert gas should be limited.
