Ly-150 plate and frame type pressure oil filter is composed of gear pump L, filter 4, safety valve 5, oil return valve 3, drain nozzle 7, filter bed 8 (including pressure gauge, filter plate, filter frame, filter paper and oil pan), front support 12, rear support 9, chassis 11, pull rod 13, coupling 10 and motor installed under the filter bed above the bottom plate. The filter is installed at the front side of the gear pump, and oil return valve is installed on the filter, The filter bed is installed on the top of the gear pump and the front and rear supports. The filter plate and the filter frame (see Table 1) form each independent filter chamber alternately, and the filter paper is sandwiched between the filter plate and the filter frame. The inlet and outlet rubber pipes are connected to the inlet and outlet pipe joints 15 and 6. The filtered oil is sucked in from the inlet hole of the filter, and then enters the gear pump after the larger impurities are removed through the filter. As the motor drives the gear pump to rotate through the coupling, the gear will squeeze the oil, so that the filter oil will flow into the filter bed, permeate the oil filter paper and filter the impurities in the oil. Due to the capillary effect of oil filter paper, it can absorb the residual water in oil. Then drain the filter fluid from the oil pipe. The function of the safety valve is to control the pressure of the pipeline system. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve will be started immediately to make the filter oil circulate in the pump itself, and the oil pressure will not rise any more, so as to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The oil return valve draws the oil in the oil pan into the filter through the vacuum action of the oil inlet of the gear pump. Take oil samples from the drain nozzle for pressure resistance and other physical and chemical performance tests. Because the machine adopts the structure of chassis roller 14, it can be moved by pulling the pull rod manually.

Operating procedures for ly-150 plate and frame type pressurized oil filter
A) the operator must be familiar with the performance and commissioning method of the machine.
B) clean the piping system and the interior of the machine.
C) after starting the machine, check the reading of the pressure gauge and the operation of the machine. In case of any abnormality of the machine, stop the machine immediately and restart the machine after troubleshooting.
D) according to the oil filtering capacity, after circulating filtering 2-3 times of the oil filtering capacity, open the oil nozzle and take out the oil sample for test until it is qualified.
E) after working for a certain period of time, the pressure rises to more than 0.5MPa or the pressure drops compared with the initial pressure, the system filter paper breaks or the filter paper absorbs a large number of water capillary expansion, both of which have lost the filtering ability.
F) the safety valve has been inspected and adjusted before leaving the factory, and sealed with lead seal. It is not allowed to disassemble at will. If it is necessary to adjust, it can be used only after passing the test.
G) pay attention to the oil level when working. If there is too much oil in the oil pan, open the oil return valve, drain the oil in the oil pan, and then close the oil return valve.
H) when there is too much water in the oil, the oil shall be heated to evaporate part of the water, and then filtered when it is cooled to room temperature.
I) at the end of filtration, the machine shall be cleaned, coated with antirust oil and placed in a dry and ventilated place.
Maintenance of ly-150 plate and frame pressurized oil filter:
A) all sealing surfaces shall be coated with antirust oil when not in use to prevent corrosion of sealing surfaces (such as filter plate, filter frame, thrust plate, compression plate, etc.).
B) clean the filter screen and trapezoid screw and apply anti rust oil.
C) all pipe joints shall be wrapped and sealed to prevent foreign matters from entering the pipe system.
D) during the moving process of the machine, it is necessary to prevent collision and overturning, so as to avoid damaging the machine and reducing its working performance.
E) the products shall not be stored in the open air to avoid wind, rain, sun, night dew and dust sticking. If the conditions are not enough, rainproof measures shall be taken.
IX. restrictions on use
This machine is forbidden to use under the following circumstances:
A) the altitude is more than 1000m.
B) the surrounding medium temperature is higher than + 40 ℃ and lower than - 10 ℃.
C) the relative humidity of air is greater than 85%.
D) in case of explosion-proof requirements, oil filter with explosion-proof motor shall be selected.
E) no rainproof facilities or environment full of water vapor.
F) filter gasoline, kerosene and volatile liquid containing acid and alkali components.
